M60 J8: Junction 8 of the M60 is the Carrington Interchange, where the motorway meets the A6144 Carrington Spur. Urmston, Stretford and Ashton upon Mersey are close, with Stretford a little over half a mile north-east.
LEGOLAND Discovery Centre is about two miles north and Aerial Extreme about two miles north-west. Further out, Patricroft station is about three miles north and Irlam station about four miles west.
