M60 Junction 15: Swinton interchange (M61 to Bolton & Preston)
M60 J15: Junction 15 is the other half of the Junction 14 and 15 blend near Swinton, only about a fifth of a mile from Junction 14, and one of the larger, more complex junctions on the M60, with lots of interconnecting carriageways. Here the A6 Manchester Road joins the interchange, alongside the links to the M61 heading north.
Swinton is a little over a mile to the south-east, with Wardley, Clifton and Newtown beside the junction. The Neuven Stadium is about three miles north, Oaklands Hospital about two and a half miles south-east, and Patricroft station about two and a half miles south.
Clifton Junction (J16) is about a mile and a half east.
